Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dark Rum

    .5 oz charred pineapple syrup*

    .25 oz lemon juice

    2 dashes orange blossom

    Splash of Prosecco (optional)

Recipe

Mix all ingredients together in a shaker and strain into a champagne flute. Top with bubbles.
