Ingredients
2 oz white rum
1 oz coconut milk
0.25 oz sweetened condensed milk
0.25 oz vanilla + nutmeg syrup*
Recipe
Combine rum, coconut milk, and syrup in a shaker, and pour into glass with shaken ice. Garnish with mint and cranberries.
* To make syrup: In a small saucepot bring 1 cup of water to boil. Combine 1 vanilla bean (split) and 2 tsp. ground nutmeg and add to pot with 1 cup of cane sugar. Simmer, strain, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
